Recently, I was invited by Bebe India for an oh-so-glamorous evening. Me and my fellow girls (Delhi Fashion Bloggers) enjoyed checking out the collection, deciding our mood board, dressing up accordingly AND getting a touch-up from Inglot team. Bebe which is pronounced as (Bee-Bee), was yet another brand for me, until I got a chance to check out their collection in person. They have amazing ball gowns, neon crop-tops, colorful and off-shoulder bustiers, sleek summer dresses, brilliantly flattering silhouettes and a wide collection to chose from. To make the experience more exciting, Bebe team installed a red carpet photo-booth, where we could get ourselves clicked. Psst… There is a competition running up on their page, if you have a minute to spare, kindly go HERE and *Like* my entry. Also *like* Bebe India HERE Supriya, Me, Aishwarya and Akshita I loved this abstract print summer dress. This somehow brings up the memories of summer beach, waves and cool winds. I teamed it up with a denim jacket and gold chain to complete the look. Check out their colorful collection, and rest assured, that you will definitely end up buying stuff from the Bebe Collection.

For me, parties are a way to catch up with your friends and family. Be it any region, religion or reason.. we all love partying. So when Indiblogger.in came up with this interesting concept of *How would you like to host a party*, I had to pen down my way of being the hostess. In India, 2 entertainment industries are thoroughly worshiped. One is cricket, and the other is BOLLYWOOD. This year has also been the completion of 100 years of Indian Cinema. Bollywood, is one place, where everyone finds their area of interest and entertainment. For some it might be Madhuri’s Dhak Dhak, for some it might be Shah Rukh Khan’s Kkkkiran and for some, simply Amitabh Bachchan. In short, this is one party theme which interests everyone and anyone. So if I have to host a party for my friends and family, it has to be Bollywood Ishtyle! Theme BOLLYWOOD NIGHTS Celebrating the 100 years of Indian Cinema Giving birth to the Indian cinema, Dadasaheb Phalke produced ‘Raja Harishchangra’, the first full-length motion picture in India, in 1913. This introduction to the Indian audience was set to make history, with being the most influential industry of cinema, after Hollywood. Following this, the ‘Golden Period’ of Indian Cinema was experienced with much critical acclamation. Epic movies and acknowledged actors were introduced to this world, and history was made. ———————————————————————————————————— Invitation Chitthi aayi hai aayi hai, Chitthi aayi hai… I like dipping everything and anything in the colors of the theme. The invitation, being the *first impression* of a party, should be a “Blockbuster” in itself. So, I have designed an invitation scroll with famous Bollywood poster collage, given the tint of yellowish brown, to imprint the *retro* feel. The invitation scroll will be accompanied with a box full of …
Continue readingLast weekend I received an invite, which simply blew off my mind. It contained the most boring vegetables of all time, along with an invitation to experience *Healthy Eating* with Masala Oats. I have always hated (to the core) oats, apart from what portion you get in muesli. So I was really keen on knowing, as how I can make this interesting. To make the event special all together, we had Vikas Khanna take over the kitchen, and teach us 2 dishes, which nobody can even imagine will be so yummy. Apart from the cookery class, 2 competitions were held among 6 contestants (in each round), who had to create something healthy with the given products. Take a glimpse of this crazy FOODATHON, through my lens. I, being a food lover, absolutely enjoyed another event by FOODATHON team. They know how to make food lovers happy, and celebrate this love together (healthier this time).

From polo shirts to washed blazers, a man can find every look to check on the the occasion board. Check out me and my father’s experience at Arrow’s South Extension, Delhi store. Check out their John F. Kennedy inspired collection called “THE PRESIDENT COLLECTION”. Make this Father’s Day memorable for your father.
