Last weekend, I was invited for a hand care ritual by the recently launched Korean brand called ‘Innisfree’. The beauty enthusiasts who belong to Delhi, are already familiar with it’s presence. Centrally located in one of the shopping hubs of Delhi, Innisfree is making it’s presence felt in this already blooming giant market of beauty and body brands. Launched in 2000 as Amore Pacific’s first eco-friendly brand, Innisfree Korea’s claims to be a naturalism beauty brand. Having it’s wings spread overseas, Innisfree currently operates 800 stores including South Korea, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and India. Growing and producing products from the world famous Jeju islands, this brand guarantees effective skin and beauty care with the wholesome goodness of nature. And I was to about to experience just that! When I stepped inside the store, I was taken on a store tour, and was introduced to a wide collection of beauty and skin range. The interesting part about these collections was that they were way beyond the usual fruits, vegetables and plants oriented ranges that we get to see in other brands. Olives, Red Wine, Jeju Green Tea and Jeju Volcanic Pore are some of the ingredients that have been designed keeping in mind the different skin types. The ‘Hand Ritual‘ consisted of a very surprisingly gentle exfoliation regime with just a drop of a serum, which not only scrubbed off the impurities and dead skin cells, but it resulted in a lighter skin tone as well. Delhi (India), is slowly crawling it’s way to harsh yet dry winters. As the autumn gears up to say adieu, everything suddenly seems pale, powdered and warm. Balancing the act between this seasonal change, I present to you a look which has the overwhelmingly warm tones of autumn, and a much needed pop of color for those dry winters. The highlight of the look is the ‘Alice in Wonderland Necklace‘ from Juvalia & You. It is indeed mesmerizing. What I really liked about the necklace was the scheme of balanced colors, the well structured design and the *young woman* feeling that it gives out. Not to forget, this neckpiece does stand out in the crowd and I have received quite a number of compliments for that. Designers want me to dress like Spring, in billowing things. I don’t feel like Spring. I feel like a warm red Autumn. – Marilyn Monroe I am also in love with this recently introduced (to me) brand called FACES. The color palette is apt for the Indian skin, and the lippies are oh-so-divine. I am wearing : No.75 – Ibiza – FACES Matte No.21 – Tuliptastic – FACES Ultra Moist Psst. If you are wondering where did I get that mirror from? Well, I DIYed it. If you wanna know the full details, let me know. 😉 What are the things that YOU change about self to welcome the new season? Would love to hear that. <3

The collection has fabrics like crepe, sil georgette and cottons with the perfect match of ease and luxe to it. SHIVAN & NARRESH | FONTANA Press note : The soft brutality of slashed & stabbed canvases of Lucio Fontana expose an artistic dimension often remembered – the Negative. Embodying the spatial canvases in monochromes coupled with lemon tints in brazen resortwear, the ensembles emphasize the subtle seduction of the skin. The swimwear returns this season, bolder, with lacerated signature maillots, bikinis & trikinis. Check out the entire ‘Picture Diary‘ for Wills India Fashion Week SS’14.
