THE IDEA
Ayurvedic Bhaishajyas or texts dating back thousands of years tell us what plants and minerals can be used and how, to look and feel beautiful. We referred to those texts, chose and picked from the many herbs, spices, flowers , plant essential oils naturally occuring minerals and vegetable and fruit extracts and infused them into contemporary beauty and spa rituals that we named Just Herbs ™.
Our range rests on the basic Ayurvedic skin/body types ( doshas) and gently brings your skin to its own perfect balance without compromising on the purity of the ingredients that we use. We do not isolate them from the plants or their parts. Rather, we use extracts of the whole plant to derive the synergistic effect of the bioactive phytochemicals retainaing all their properties while getting them from the soil to your skin.
Our products are made in the garden and not in the lab. Our manufacturing facility based near the northern Indian city of Chandigarh, situated in the foothills of the Himalayas, is fully compliant with the best manufacturing practices and international quality standards. Our parent Apcos Naturals is a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certified company by the Indian government’s ministry of health.

Just Herbs ™ is the brainchild of Neena Chopra, a former banker and a certified naturopathy professional and a biochemist passionately dedicated to the cause of promoting beauty and personal care through plants and their therapeutic benefits.
“I’d had enough of that work related stress and it was about time I followed my passion,” Neena says reminiscing the day she quit her job in banking and started studying Ayurveda- the ancient Indian science of balancing the mind body and the soul.
In 2002, after years of extensive research, development and testing, Neena founded Apcos naturals, the makers of Just Herbs ™, in the northern Indian city of Chandigarh.
