Well, Fairmont Hotels actually took the token of turning this fantasy into a giant reality. Well I first heard about Fairmont Jaipur, the initial thing I did was to check out the look of the property. Boy! What a magnificent palace it looked like. Couldn’t believe that such a property too exist in the desert area of our Rajasthani region. Surprised and equally curious to experience living in this beautiful hotel palace, Fairmont Jaipur warmly invited me to their property for a one of its kind experience.

Fairmont Jaipur Deluxe Room
I was absolutely spellbound the moment I entered my room. A breathtaking view of the Aravallis and the lavish gardens of Fairmont Jaipur were truly mesmerizing. Not to forget the luxurious interiors of the room and that Mughal style bathtub.
Lunch at Zoya
Zoya, the all-day dining restaurant is a five level foodie indulgence of luxe interiors and a warm welcoming ambiance. The restaurant features five different dining experiences that are distinct and unusual. Gleaming silverware, fine china and goblets in regal colours welcome guests as they dine in the royal Mughal tent style dining area. The seating here is intimate and rich with banquets and carved antique silver chairs all around.
What is perhaps the most unique aspect of Zoya is that it is many culinary experiences in one. The menu pans from traditional fares such as the fiery Laal Maas, Dal Baati aur Choorma and Maas ke Sule to international favorites such as Pan Asian treats in the form of Nasi Goreng, Thai Red Curry and Jasmine rice.
Zoya’s menu also boasts of an enviable Italian selection that features the most delicate homemade Cannelloni among regulars such as Penne Arabiata and Spaghetti. If the meals at Zoya are memorable then the desserts are simply divine. Known for their elaborate chocolate selections chefs here have perfected the art of satisfying the sweet tooth. The signature dessert 5 senses is, as the name suggests, a gentle tease to the senses. And if that doesn’t transport you to bitter sweet heaven then take a bite of the homemade New York Cheese Cake and you will leave completely satiated after a meal that is truly a gourmand’s delight.
