Lipsticks are prolly one of the first ‘beauty tools’ that girls sneak out from their mother’s makeup kit and try their hands on. The first sign of being a girl – the first sign of feeling beautiful!

For those who get to the liking of something like lipsticks at an early age, know how to wear it for the rest of their lives. You give them any shade of a lip tint and they will for sure – rock it. Then their is a female lot like me, who can’t really get over being a girl and accept lipstick as something more than what mother’s wear for makeup.

Long story short, this feature is all about ~~trying~~ experimenting with different shades of lipsticks that usually don’t even get considered pretty much. Usually, when a girl decides to buy lipsticks, her options only circle around the hues of red and pink. Not knowing that hues of brown, orange and even rum are totally rad for any occasion.

And when the Avon birdies sent across a good stack of their Ultra Color Lipstick SPF 15 collection to me, I was in for a surprise treat! Quite lost about trying shades like Tangerine Tango and Rich Chocolate, I gave into this one with my fingers crossed. Results? I loved every single shade from this collection.

Avon might be an international cosmetics brand. But they surely know how to customize shades as per the region they are catering to. Why I’m saying this? Well, because each shade that I tried turned out to be a perfect match for the Indian skin tones.
