Press note : The raison d’etre of Anupamaa is the revival of the ancient, almost forgotten hand printing and needle craft techniques of India. Anupamaa’s style is vintage meets bold and western. The print stories are often eclectic and the philosophy is organic. One of her favorite techniques of Anupamaa is the ancient hand printing technique using wooden blocks.

MASABA GUPTA
Press note : Defined shoulders. Glossy collarbones. The rise and the fall of the hem. Barely there skirts. Her calves. And the love affair with the midriff. The marriage of Benarasi Zari and contemporary print. The fiercely pale palette. Washed pink, ice blue and my forever heroes – Black and White.
